NAPFA is on TUESDAY , wtf ?!!hello , i just remembered tht my napfa is on tuesday .
my class didnt receive any form regarding this , or
mybe i didnt read . idk . ass sia !
didn't train .. cnfrem stomach , hands cramp .
wanted to get GOLD again for napfa .
Sit-ups - maty-maty nak A
Inclined pull-ups - must get A
shutter/shuttle run - at least B
Sit-and-Reach - i want B
Standing Broad Jump - C above ?
2.4km - B, C ?
yes , i want a GOLD for napfa badly !
idc , if i dont get gold im gona take retests . :P
why must it be on tues ? why doesn't it be on wed ? so i can come to my cca late :P

aft tht , went hm wif Darlene . haha .
Overall , i had fun today :)
